This year's end of the season pool party is scheduled for Saturday, August 31 beginning at 1:00 P.M. We will have plenty of food and special games and prizes for both the children and the adults.  The event promises to be a great deal of fun and a wonderful way to spend some time with your friends and neighbors here at Belantrae Greens. Just in case, the rain date is Sunday, September 1st.
 
Please make plans to attend and take part in the fun. If you are bringing a guest or two, please ask them to bring chairs with them and ask them to eat a big breakfast....just kidding about the breakfast but the chairs are really important.
 
This year, the party committee is asking the folks here at Belantrae to help support the event by sponsoring a portion of the cost. Some folks have already contributed. The Board has also budgeted money for the party. In the past, members of the community were asked to contribute food to the picnic. This year, we are asking you to contribute money instead thus freeing up all those people who had to work so hard in previous years. We are hoping to have the entire event catered so that everyone can enjoy the last weekend at the pool. Please consider helping by becoming a sponsor. Any amount is greatly appreciated. You can drop off your sponsor's money at the office or give it to one of the committee members listed below.  We'll accept sponsorship money through August 16th.
 
Two final things. First, please plan on coming. Attending is much more important than sponsoring. We are planning for a record turnout. And secondly, if you're one of those folks that never sets foot in the pool area, come anyway. This is a community party...not just a pool party.
